Craft Consortium, Essentials Craft Papers, 'Charmed' Wreath

I'm experimenting with an idea today that's based on the many beautiful wreaths I see from my fellow Craft Consortium DT team mate, Michelle.

As you can see, I've chosen to embellish mine with a few charms and some paint splatters!

Here's a list of the Craft Consortium supplies that I've used...

Tag You're It, Summer Splash

'Summer Splash' is the new theme starting today over on Tag You're It.

I've chosen to use a pretty scrap of paper from my Craft Consortium stash to create this very simple design...

Simply glue your scrap on to a slightly wider piece of card, add a belly band that you've inked up slightly round the edges and add a focal tag to the middle.

My tag has been stamped on using Memento 'Tuxedo Black'. I've then added a few white highlights using a gel pen before stamping back over in Ranger 'Perfect Medium' and Heat Embossing.

One hole punch and piece of black raffia later...

and you have a simple, but effective design.

Whether it's a long tag or a bookmark is entirely up to you!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
Have a good day!

Craft Consortium, Tropical Paradise, Happy Birthday Library Pocket Tag

The Tropical Paradise Essential Paper Pad (sold by Craft Consortium) is full of beautifully vibrant images, which means that even just using a little can go a long way.

I haven't used just a little here though!

I've paired three of the background papers with two images from the topper sheet and used black as a contrasting element to help break it all up a bit... as well as adding just a touch of brown Distress ink and gold glitter card.
